It’s simply veggies with no thickening ingredients such as heavy cream or added potatoes. It definitely does the tummy well while not cutting corners on flavor. I have discovered over the years that store-bought soups or pre-made soups even if they are labeled as healthy or all natural, include a few unnecessary ingredients that add-on not so nutritious calories. Are you trying to follow healthy eating habits? I find that half the battle in eating healthy is having a good idea of what to cook. Eating healthy can be challenging especially when you need more of a variety when it comes to flavors. I’m not sure about you but I get bored very easily 🙂 Therefore, I continuously find myself switching it up and testing out new flavors. Sometimes they work and sometimes they’re a flop! It’s a fun game to play and thankfully I get to share the good ones with you. Seared Ahi + Soba Noodles is a dish that I love making, because it holds fresh and satisfying flavors. It switches things up with a very different flavor combo from the protein and seasonings used.
