You can honestly use any of your favorite dried or fresh fruits and nuts. The particular combo I chose for this recipe happens to be one of my absolute favorites. I just really love incorporating blueberries and hazelnuts, especially during this time of year. The base of the snack is greek yogurt with a touch of honey, simply an amazing duo. It contains only natural, organic ingredients and it’s low in natural sugars.

It definitely satisfies that sweet tooth craving while not being packed with preservatives, a ton of sugar and unknown additives.

I recommend using your favorite fruit, a few of mine happen to be these amazingly juicy plums and nectarines that we’ve been finding at our local farmers market.
